AC was founded in early 2024 as an Architectural Engineering & Sustainability freelancing consultancy, operating across Abu Dhabi, Dubai, and Kigali from the outset.

In mid-2024, Structural Engineering was added as a core discipline, expanding our ability to deliver fully integrated architectural and structural solutions in a single coordinated environment.

By the end of 2024, a complete BIM Workflow was integrated across all projects — giving clients coordinated, model-based delivery, clash-free documentation, and a clear digital thread from design to handover.
